OG sneak attack T-shirts

Hi in the new Titans of All'Terra episode 1 josh said that the original Sneak Attack shirt was available up to November 17th I think.
When i went on though it said it was not for sale but you could request it. What does requesting do? When can we purchase it and what is the price? just wondering so thank you to anyone who responds :)
